Overview
Ultar Sar (7,388m) towers directly behind Karimabad town in Hunza. The base camp trek is short but extremely steep — starting from the streets of Karimabad and gaining over 2,000m in elevation. The reward is an extraordinary close-up view of Ultar Sar's massive walls and views back over the entire Hunza Valley.

Itinerary
Day 1 — Karimabad → Ultar Meadow
3,500m. 4–5 hrs steep climb.
Day 2 — Ultar Meadow → Ultar Sar Base Camp
4,200m. 3–4 hrs. Full day exploration.
Day 3 — Rest / exploration
Hike higher on moraine for glacier views.
Day 4 — Descend to Karimabad
3–4 hrs. Trek complete.
