Overview
The Diran Peak Base Camp Trek takes you to the foot of Diran (7266m), a beautiful pyramid-shaped peak in the Minapin area of Nagar Valley. The trail begins in Minapin village and follows easy paths through Hapakun to the Rakaposhi Base Camp (Taghaphari), before crossing the Katchelly Glacier to Diran Base Camp. The trek offers stunning views of both Rakaposhi (7788m) and Diran, along with the turquoise Katchelly Lake.

Day 1
Arrival in Islamabad, hotel transfer
Day 2
Drive to Chilas or fly to Gilgit
Day 3
Drive to Karimabad, Hunza, acclimatization day

Drive to Minapin village, begin trek to Hapakun

Trek from Hapakun to Rakaposhi Base Camp (Taghaphari)

Cross Katchelly Glacier to Diran Base Camp
