Overview
The Chilinji Pass Trek crosses one of the highest and most remote passes in the Hindukush at 5160m, connecting the Ishkoman/Ghizer region with the Chapursan Valley in upper Hunza. The route traverses glaciated terrain and high-altitude desert, requiring strong mountaineering skills and excellent physical fitness. This is one of the least-travelled treks in northern Pakistan, ideal for adventurers seeking true wilderness far from established tourist trails.
